About Us
The Taekwondo Club at Ohio State was founded in 1973 and is the one of the oldest Martial Arts Club on campus.
Our mission is to give members a holistic martial arts education that encompasses all aspects of taekwondo, while simultaneously preparing interested members for Collegiate and AAU Tournaments. Students of all skill levels can practice all aspects of Taekwondo during our practices and are presented unique opportunities to participate in high level Taekwondo competitions, team demonstrations, charity events, and community service events.
As a club we are associated with AAU Taekwondo, the Eastern Collegiate Taekwondo Conference, National Collegiate Taekwondo Association, and USA Taekwondo: the national governing body of Taekwondo under the United States Olympic Committee.
